曲普瑞林治疗女性真性性早熟的应用与疗效评定

Application and Evaluation of Curative Effect of Tripurellin in the Treatment of Female True Precocious Puberty

目的:分析曲普瑞林治疗女性真性性早熟的价值。方法:选择2015年1月~2017年12月某院收治的116例8岁前因乳房发育前来儿科以及妇科就诊的在女性中枢性(真性)性早熟患者为研究对象,对其使用曲普瑞林治疗,分析结果。结果:经治疗半年之后,和治疗前相比,子宫规格以及卵巢均显著缩小。治疗前受试者均存在卵泡,治疗后缩小共计83例,33例消失。和治疗前比,受试者治疗后复查GnRH的结果、FSH、血清值E2以及LH峰值显著降低,P<0.05,组间数据存在明显差异;和治疗前相比,BA/CA值明显变低,P<0.05。治疗半年后,BA增长0.44岁,增长速度明显降低。结论:对于女性真性性早熟者,使用曲普瑞林治疗疾病,能取得满意成效,可积极抑制性腺轴以及第二性征发育,有效延缓骨龄成熟,因此值得进一步推广。

Objective:To analyze the value of tripurellin in the treatment of female true precocious puberty.Methods:A total of 116 female patients before 8 years old with central(true)precocious pubert due to breast development admitted to a hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 for pediatric and gynecological treatment were selected as study objects.The patients were treated with tripurellin and the results were analyzed.Results:After half a year of treatment,the uterine size and ovaries were significantly smaller than before treatment.Before treatment,all subjects had follicles.After treatment,83 cases were reduced and 33 cases disappeared.Compared with before treatment,the results of GnRH reexamination,FSH,serum E2 and LH values were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),indicating significant differences between groups.Compared with before treatment,BA/CA value was significantly lower(P<0.05).After half a year of treatment,BA increased by 0.44 years,with a significantly lower growth rate.Conclusion:For women with true precocious puberty,the treatment of disease with tripurellin can achieve satisfactory results.It can actively inhibit the development of gonad axis and secondary sexual characteristics,and effectively delay the mature of bone age,so it is worthy of further promotion.
