中药制剂治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效探讨

Effect of Chinese Medicine Preparation in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨中药制剂治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:研究将2015年1月~2018年4月治疗冠心病心绞痛的78例患者随机分为两组,观察组采用常规治疗,研究组在观察组治疗基础上采用参麦注射液治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:研究组患者心绞痛症状改善总有效率、心电图改善总有效率明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病心绞痛患者采用中药制剂参麦注射液治疗,能有效缓解患者的心绞痛症状,改善其心电图,适合在临床上应用。

Objective:To discuss clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine preparation in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:The study randomly divided 78 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease from January 2015 to April 2018 into two groups.The observation group was treated with routine treatment,while the study group was treated with Shenmai injection on the basis of the observation group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of angina symptoms improvement and electrocardiogram improvement in the study group was significantly higher than that in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenmai injection,a traditional Chinese medicine preparation,can effectively relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris and improve the electrocardiogram of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.It is suitable for clinical application.
