小儿疝气腹腔镜手术采用七氟醚联合舒芬太尼麻醉的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Sevoflurane Combined with Sufentanil in Pediatric Hernia Laparoscopic Surgery

目的:探讨七氟醚(七氟烷)联合舒芬太尼在小儿疝气腹腔镜手术中的麻醉效果。方法:将2016年1月~2018年7月采取小儿疝气腹腔镜手术麻醉的88例患儿随机分为两组,甲组采用氯胺酮麻醉,乙组采用七氟醚联合舒芬太尼麻醉,比较两组的麻醉效果。结果:两组患儿手术时间、麻醉后HR、MAP、SpO 2指标对比差异不明显(P>0.05);乙组患儿麻醉诱导时间、苏醒时间明显短于甲组,不良反应明显少于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿疝气腹腔镜术中采用舒芬太尼复合七氟醚进行麻醉,能有效缩短麻醉诱导时间与患儿苏醒时间,减少不良反应发生率,麻醉效果显著,适合在临床上应用。

Objective:To discuss the anesthetic effect of sevoflurane combined with sufentanil in pediatric hernia laparoscopic surgery.Methods:88 children undergoing laparoscopic anesthesia for pediatric hernia from January 2016 to July 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.Group A received ketamine anesthesia and group B received sevoflurane combined with sufentanil anesthesia.The anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in operation time,HR,MAP and SpO2 after anesthesia between the two groups(P>0.05).The induction time and recovery time of anesthesia in group B were significantly shorter than those in group A,and the adverse reactions were significantly less than those in group A(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Sufentanil combined with sevoflurane for anesthesia in laparoscopic hernia surgery in children can effectively shorten the induction time of anesthesia and the recovery time of children,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and the anesthetic effect is remarkable,which is suitable for clinical application.
