中年女性常见妇科炎症性疾病的临床分析及预防保健研究

Clinical Analysis and Preventive Health Care Research of Common Gynecological Inflammatory Diseases in Middle-aged Women

目的:探讨中年女性常见妇科炎症性疾病的临床分析及预防保健。方法:选择2017年7月~2018年7月来某院治疗的100例中年女性作为此次研究对象,采用回顾性分析方法,分析其临床资料,同时给予系统的预防保健宣教和护理,观察宣教和护理后的症状改善效果。结果:100例中年女性中,75例中年女性患有妇科疾病;100例中年女性宣教后病情优良率(89.0%)显著高于宣教前(51.0%),两组间比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:中年女性是妇科炎症性疾病的高发群体,应该向中年女性相关的开展宣传教育工作,督促其形成良好的生活习惯,有效预防妇科炎症性疾病发生。

Objective:To explore the clinical analysis and preventive care of common gynecological inflammatory diseases in middle-aged women.Methods:100 middle-aged women treated in a hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study.The clinical data were analyzed by retrospective analysis method,and the systematic preventive health education and nursing were given at the same time.Observed the effect of symptom improvement after preaching and nursing.Results:Among the 100 middle-aged women,75 had gynecological diseases.The excellent and good disease rate(89.0%)of 100 middle-aged females after propaganda was significantly higher than that before propaganda(51.0%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Middle-aged women are the high incidence group of gynecological inflammatory diseases,we should carry out propaganda and education to middle-aged women,urge them to form good living habits,and effectively prevent the occurrence of gynecological inflammatory diseases.
