临床护理管理采用分层次管理模式的应用效果

Application Effect of Hierarchical Management Mode in Clinical Nursing Management

目的:探讨分层次管理模式在临床护理管理中的应用效果。方法:随机将2015年1月~2018年2月期间的80例护理人员随机分为两组,A组采用常规管理,B组采用分层次管理,比较两组护理人员的工作积极性、理论知识、操作技能评分与医患满意度。结果:两组管理前的工作积极性自评、他评效果,理论知识与操作技能评分比较差异不明显(P>0.05);B组管理后的上述观察指标改善程度与医患满意度明显优于A组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理管理采用分层次管理,能有效提高护理人员的护理水平,提升患者的护理满意度,适合在临床上推广。

Objective:To discuss the application effect of hierarchical management mode in clinical nursing management.Methods:80 cases of nursing staff from January 2015 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.Group A was treated with routine management.Group B was treated by hierarchical management.The work enthusiasm,theoretical knowledge,operation skills score and doctor patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups of nursing staff.Results:There was no significant difference in the results of self-evaluation and other evaluation of work enthusiasm before management between the two groups,as well as the scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills(P>0.05).The improvement degree of the above observation indexes and the satisfaction of doctors and patients in group B after management were significantly better than that in group A,with significant statistically difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nursing management adopting hierarchical management can effectively improve the nursing level of nursing staff and improve patients'nursing satisfaction,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
