摘要
目的:探讨品管圈活动对提高术前等候区全麻患者满意度的应用效果。方法:成立品管圈,通过头脑风暴法对造成术前等候区全麻患者满意度不高的原因进行分析整改,制定并落实改进措施。结果:品管圈活动后,术前等候区全麻患者满意度从活动前的72.55%上升到活动后的81.86%,目标达成率为102.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:此次品管圈活动不仅提高了术前等候区患者的满意度,而且提高了护理人员发现问题和解决问题的能力,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To study the quality of control circle activities on improving the general anesthesia patients'satisfaction in the preoperative waiting area.Methods:Set up quality control circles to analysis the reason of patients'low satisfaction in the preoperative waiting area through the brainstorming method,formulate corresponding measures and organize the implementation of them one by one.Results:the satisfaction of patients under general anesthesia in the preoperative waiting area increased from 72.55%before the activity to 81.86%after the activity,and the goal attainment rate was 102.3%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality control circle activities effectively improve the patient's satisfaction in preoperative waiting area,and improves the ability of nursing staff to find and solve problems and is worthy of clinical application.
