观察综合护理干预在慢性肾小球肾炎治疗护理应用中的效果

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Treatment and Nursing of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

目的:研究综合护理干预在慢性肾小球肾炎患者护理中的效果,为临床提供数据参考。方法:选取2016年7月~2017年4月在我科治疗的36例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,根据随机数字法,按照就诊次序将研究对象分为对照组(18例)和观察组(18例)。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上采用综合护理干预,对比两组患者临床护理效果。结果:观察组患者总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为88.89%,高于对照组的55.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预在慢性肾小球肾炎患者护理中的效果显著,具有重要临床意义。

Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment and nursing of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis so as to provide data for clinical reference.Methods:36 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis treated in our department from July 2016 to April 2017 were selected.According to the random number method,the study objects were divided into control group(18 cases)and observation group(18 cases)according to the order of treatment.The control group received routine nursing intervention while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 94.44%,higher than 66.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 88.89%,which was higher than 55.56%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis is significant and has important clinical significance.
