细节护理在微量泵注射药物治疗心衰期间的应用效果

Application Effect of Detail Nursing in the Treatment of Heart Failure with Micropump Injection

目的:探讨细节护理在微量泵注射药物治疗心衰期间的应用效果。方法:选取80例行微量泵注射药物治疗的心衰患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法进行分组,分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组采用细节护理,比较两组的干预效果。结果:观察组患者对疾病知识的了解程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组患者对护理服务的满意程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对行微量泵注射药物治疗的心衰患者实施细节护理干预可显著增加患者对疾病治疗的了解程度,并可改善患者的护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the application effect of detail nursing in the treatment of heart failure with micropump injection.Methods:80 patients with heart failure treated by micropump injection were selected for the study and grouped according to the random number table method.40 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing and 40 patients in the observation group were treated with detailed nursing to compare the intervention effects of the two groups.Results:The knowledge of disease in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Detail nursing intervention for patients with heart failure treated by micropump injection can significantly increase their understanding of disease treatment and improve their nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and application.
