综合康复治疗小儿臂丛神经损伤的效果评价

Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation in the Treatment of Children with Brachial Plexus Nerve Injury

目的:探讨综合康复治疗小儿臂丛神经损伤的临床效果。方法:按照随机数字表法将在我院就诊的94例小儿臂丛神经损伤患者分为两组,对照组47例采用常规康复治疗,观察组47例采用综合康复治疗,比较两种方式的疗效及安全性。结果:与对照组比较,观察组总有效率显著升高(P<0.05);安全性对比,观察组(0%)显著优于对照组(31.9%)(P<0.05)。结论:小儿臂丛神经损伤以综合康复方式实施治疗,疗效理想,且可减少不良发生,可在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on children with brachial plexus nerve injury.Methods:According to the random number table method,94 pediatric patients with brachial plexus nerve injury treated in our hospital were divided into two groups.47 cases in the control group were treated with conventional rehabilitation and 47 cases in the observation group were treated with comprehensive rehabilitation.The efficacy and safety of the two methods were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly increased(P<0.05);Safety comparison,the observation group(0%)was significantly better than the control group(31.9%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of brachial plexus nerve injury in children with comprehensive rehabilitation is effective and can reduce the incidence of adverse effects.
