摘要
目的:探讨病理尸检在高职高专临床专业病理实践教学中的应用效果。方法:将某校2018级大专临床专业入学学生随机分成的两个班级,分别设为实验班(将病理尸检融入实践教学)与对照班(采用传统教学法),课程结束后采用考试成绩、问卷调查等方式评价学生的学习效果。结果:实验班的理论成绩与实践成绩均优于对照班,有显著性差异(P<0.01);实验班绝大多数学生对将病理尸检运用于实践教学持肯定态度,尤其激发了他们的学习兴趣,提高学习主动性及团队协作能力,增强他们在医疗过程中的法律意识。结论:病理尸检运用于高职高专临床专业病理实践教学的教学效果优于传统实验教学。
Objective:To explore the application effect of pathological autopsy in the practical teaching of pathology in higher vocational colleges.Methods:Clinical junior college students admitted in a school in 2018 were randomly divided into two classes,experimental class(integrating pathological autopsy into practical teaching)and control class(adopting traditional teaching method).At the end of the course,students'learning effects were evaluated by means of test scores and questionnaires.Results:The theoretical and practical results of the experimental class were better than those of the control class,with significant differences(P<0.01);Most of the students in the experimental class hold a positive attitude towards the application of pathological autopsy in practical teaching,which especially stimulates their interest in learning,improves their learning initiative and teamwork ability,and enhances their legal awareness in the medical process.Conclusion:The effect of pathology autopsy in clinical pathology practice teaching is better than traditional experiment teaching.
