基于聚类算法的开放式创新社区领先用户识别方法 被引量:12

Method for identifying lead users in open innovation community based on cluster algorithm

摘要 开放式创新社区是一种用户参与企业创新的网络平台,为了从海量的社区用户中有效识别出领先用户,基于领先用户理论与社会网络关系理论识别出领先用户的五大特征,并从内容信息和客观行为数据两个方面创新性构建了领先用户识别指标体系,研究提出3种基于聚类算法的领先用户识别模型。通过采集手机制造企业小米公司开放式创新社区MIUI的1911位用户数据进行实验分析,验证了领先用户识别模型的有效性,研究结果对国内制造企业运营开放式创新社区具有重要参考价值。 Open innovation community is a network platform for users to participate in enterprise innovation.To effectively identify the lead users in massive community users,five major characteristics of lead users were analyzed based on lead users theory and social network relations theory,and the indicators of lead user identification were established from content information data and objective user behavior.Furthermore,a lead user identification model based on cluster algorithm was proposed.An experiment was given by collecting 1911 users data from the open innovation community of Xiaomi MIUI,and the effectiveness of the proposed model was proved.This study will have great value for the manufacturing enterprises to operate open innovation community.
