摘要
为了优化配电系统的电压特性及功率因数,降低短路电流水平,提升系统运行的安全性、经济性,采用快速机械开关与晶闸管阀协调控制输出电抗的方法,构建动态调压兼故障限流装置的电路方案,将分级调节结合柔性调节的方法引入到一体化多目标控制策略中,实现母线电压调节、功率因数优化及故障电流限制等功能。在PSCAD-EMTDC环境下搭建了测试系统、动态调压兼故障限流装置及其控制策略的仿真模型,仿真分析了在配电网多种运行场景下装置的输出特性。结果表明装置实现了预定的设计功能,响应准确、快速。
To enhance the safety and economy of distribution system by optimizing its bus voltage profile and power factor and reducing the short-circuit current,a circuit scheme of dynamic voltage regulator and fault current limiter(VR&FCL)is developed based on the coordinated control of output reactance by means of fast mechanical switches and thyristor valve.With the combination of step regulation and flexible regulation,an integrated multi-objective control strategy is worked out.Therefore,the hybrid functions such as bus voltage regulation,power factor correction and fault current limitation are realized.A simulation model including a test system,VR&FCL and its control strategy is established using PSCAD-EMTDC,and the output characteristics of equipment under different scenarios of distribution network are analyzed through simulations.Results show that VR&FCL can work well with the preset designed functions as well as accurate and fast response.
