基于STC12C5A60S2单片机风板控制装置的设计 被引量:3

摘要 为了精确控制风板的转动,设计了一款基于STC12C5A60S2单片机风板控制装置。该风板控制系统采用8位MCU的STC12C5A60S2单片机作为主控制器,通过ADS8341对角度传感器WDD35D4测得的角度进行采样和A/D变换运算,然后把转换后的数字信号输入到单片机,进而测出风板的转动角度,然后把测出风板的转动角度与角度设定值进行比较,再由主控制器控制LMD18200T去控制直流电机转动的方向及转速,从而实现风板转动角度测量与控制功能。测试结果表明:当风板控制在(45°,135°)范围之内预设1个角度,风板以小于9 s的时间达到预设角度,且角度测量误差等于0;当风板控制在(45°,135°)范围之内预设2个角度,风板以小于9 s的时间达到2个预设角度,并在两个预设角度之间摆动3次,且摆动的过程小于5 s;在风板上悬挂一个10 g的砝码,同样进行上述两种测试,达到了预期的设计目的。该风板控制装置具有精度高、响应快的特点。 In order to accurately control the rotation of the wind plate,a wind deflector control device based on STC12C5A60S2 single-chip microcomputer was designed.The wind panel control system adopts the STC12C5A60S2 single-chip microcomputer of 8-bit MCU as the main controller,samples and A/D transforms the angle measured by the angle sensor WDD35D4 through the ADS8341,and then inputs the converted digital signal to the single-chip microcomputer,and then detects The rotation angle of the wind plate is then compared with the angle set value of the measured wind plate,and then the main controller controls the LMD18200T to control the direction and the rotation speed of the DC motor,thereby realizing the measurement and control function of the wind plate rotation angle.The test results show that when the wind plate is controlled within the range of(45°,135°)by one angle,the wind plate reaches the preset angle in less than 9 s,and the angle measurement error is equal to 0;when the wind plate is controlled Preset 2 angles within the range of(45°,135°),the wind plate reaches 2 preset angles in less than 9 s,and swings 3 times between two preset angles,and the swinging process is less than 5 s;A 10 g weight was hung on the wind plate,and the above two tests were also performed to achieve the intended purpose.The wind panel control device has the characteristics of high precision and fast response.
