摘要
针对铁路内燃机车交流电机转速的精确控制,构建一种基于模糊逻辑的转速控制系统。在获得柴油发电机同步励磁电流误差和误差变化量和励磁控制器的输入量的基础上,用单片机编程PWM控制信号来改变柴油发电机同步励磁电流,实现铁路内燃机车辅助交流传动系统电机转速的精确控制。实验表明,内燃机车电机在不同的转矩负载下,应用本文提出的控制系统都能够快速且精确地调整在内燃机车电机设定转速,具有一定的可行性和实用性。
Aiming at the accurate speed control of AC motor for railway diesel locomotive,a speed control system based on fuzzy logic is constructed.On the basis of obtaining the synchronous excitation current error and error variation of diesel generator and the input of excitation controller,the synchronous excitation current of diesel generator is changed by programmed PWM control signal with single chip computer,and the precise control of motor speed of auxiliary AC drive system of railway diesel locomotive is realized.Experiments show that the control system proposed in this paper can quickly and accurately adjust the set speed of diesel locomotive motor under different torque loads,which has certain feasibility and practicability.
