焦炉燃烧过程T-S模糊数学模型研究

摘要 针对焦炉大惯性、纯滞后、时变性和非线性特性,焦炉燃烧过程难以建立数学模型的问题,提出以焦炉火道温度为控制目标,以T-S模糊模型为基础,构建焦炉燃烧过程数学模型。由于模糊C-均值聚类算法聚类效果差等不足,采用减法聚类算法与模糊C-均值聚类算法结合对T-S模糊模型的前件进行辨识。由于后件辨识精度小,采用最小二乘法对模型的后件进行辨识。仿真结果表明,该数学模型均方根误差小,模型稳定性高。该研究为焦炉火道温度控制系统提供了可靠的数学模型,为炼焦行业高效低耗生产提供了理论依据。 Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to establish mathematical model for coke oven combustion process due to its large inertia,pure hysteresis,time-variability and non-linear characteristics,this paper puts forward a mathematical model for coke oven combustion process based on T-S fuzzy model with coke oven fire passage temperature as the control objective.Due to the poor clustering effect of fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm,subtraction clustering algorithm and fuzzy cmeans clustering algorithm were combined to identify the antecedent of T-S fuzzy model.Since the identification precision of the model is small,the least square method is used to identify the model.The simulation results show that the model has small root mean square error and high stability.This study provides a reliable mathematical model for coke oven flue temperature control system and a theoretical basis for efficient and low consumption production in coking industry.
