Comprehensive Evaluation of Operation Efficiency of Public Hospitals

目的通过对某公立医院2013年-2018年医院运营效率关键指标进行综合评价,为医院管理决策提供客观依据。方法选择8项能够反映医院运行效率和管理效率的关键指标,利用因子分析法进行评价分析。结果运行效率连续6年逐年提升;管理效率由高到低依次为2018年、2017年、2016年、2013年、2014年、2015年;综合排序结果由高到低依次为2018年、2016年、2017年、2015年、2014年、2013年。结论选取反映医院运营效率的关键指标进行计算,数据结果在一定程度上反映了医院的运营效率,为医院管理者和相关部门制定决策提供了科学依据。通过两轮深化内部绩效改革,提升了医院运行效率和管理效率。

Objective To comprehensively evaluate the key indexes of operation efficiency of a public hospital from 2013 to 2018 to provide an objective evidence for hospital management decision.Methods Eight key indexes that can reflect the operating efficiency and management efficiency of the hospital were selected,and the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the hospital operation and management for 6 consecutive years were conducted by using factor analysis method.Results The operating efficiency of the hospital improved year by year for six consecutive years.The rank of management efficiency from high to low was 2018,2017,2016,2013,2014 and 2015.The comprehensive ranking result was 2018,2016,2017,2015,2014 and 2013 in descending order.Conclusion The key indicators reflecting hospital operation efficiency were selected for calculation,and the data results reflected hospital operation efficiency to some extent,which provided scientific decision-making basis for hospital managers and relevant departments.Through two rounds of deepening internal performance reform,it played a key role in the improvement of hospital operating efficiency and management efficiency.
