摘要
目的了解RBRVS-KPI绩效分配模式实施效果。方法对实施RBRVS-KPI绩效分配模式前后相关数据进行比较分析。结果实施RBRVS-KPI绩效分配模式后,医务人员人均奖金、医疗业务收入、总诊疗人次、手术量、危重患者床日数和病床周转次数逐年增加,平均住院日逐年下降。结论新绩效考核方案的实施,使得绩效工资结构分配更加合理,调动了医务人员的工作积极性,提高了医院的总体效益,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of Resource-Based Relative Value Scale(RBRVS)and key performance indicator(KPI)based performanceassessment system.Methods The data was compared and analyzed before and after using RBRVS and KPI based performance assessment system.Results After applying the RBRVS and KPI based performance assessment system,the medical staff bonus,medical business income,total visits,the amount of surgery,the number of critical patient beds and the number of bed turnover increased year by year,and the average length of stay decreased year by year.Conclusion The implementation of the new performance assessment system improved the performance of medical staff,mobilized the enthusiasm of medical staff and improved the overall benefits of the hospital,it worth promoting.
