某院日间病房运行效果分析

Analysis of Operation Effect of Day Ward in A Hospital

目的评价科室开设日间病房的运行效果。方法对开设日间病房前后的平均住院日、平均住院费用、术前平均住院日、床位周转次数、日间手术占比、患者满意度等指标进行分析。结果科室开设日间病房后,平均住院日、术前平均住院日、平均住院费用等明显降低,床位周转次数、日间手术占比明显提升,日间病房内科患者满意度高于科室整体水平,但外科患者满意度低于科室整体水平。结论开设日间病房可显著提高科室运行效率,减少患者住院费用,缩短患者就诊时间,提升患者满意度。但也应完善相关制度,设置关键节点,纳入绩效考核,更加重视医患沟通与医疗安全等。

Objective To evaluate the operational effect of the day ward.Methods The data of the average length of stay,hospitalization cost,patient satisfaction,preoperative average length of stay,number of bed turnover,day surgery occupational surgery,and patient satisfaction were analyzed before and after the day ward.Results The average length of stay,preoperative average length of stay,and average hospitalization expenses after the department opened the day ward were significantly lower;furthermore,the bed turnover and proportion of day surgery were significantly higher than before.The patient satisfaction in day ward was higher than the overall level of the department.However,the satisfaction of surgical patients in the day ward was lower than the overall level of the department.Conclusion The establishment of day wards can significantly improve the efficiency of departmental operations,reduce the cost of hospitalization for patients,shorten the time of treatment,improve patient satisfaction.It was recommended to improve relevant systems,set key points,be included in performance appraisal,and pay more attention to doctor-patient communication and medical safety.
