摘要
通过了解挂靠省级质控中心的工作开展情况,分析存在问题,采取成立对口管理部门,建立规章制度,加强质控中心人员选拔与培训,运用PDCA管理工具等措施,加强对省级质控中心的管理。实践后,各质控中心工作有序开展,挂靠学科的医疗质量有所提升。认为挂靠质控中心管理工作需要各级政府、挂靠单位、成员单位、被检查单位等多方支持与配合。
Through understanding the work status of affiliated provincial quality control center,analyzing the existing problems,the management of the provincial quality control center was strengthened from four aspects of measurements including establishment of the corresponding management department,establishment of rules and regulations,strengthening the selection and training of quality control center personnel,and using PDCA and other management tools in the work of the quality control center.After the practice,the work of quality control centers was carried out in an orderly manner,and the medical quality of affiliated subjects was improved.It was suggested that the management of affiliated quality control center needed the support and cooperation of governments at all levels,affiliated units,member units and inspected units.
