摘要
通过将《进一步改善医疗服务行动计划(2015-2017)》作为医院发展的行动纲领,对照检查,分解目标,明确责任,对存在问题持续整改。实施尊重患者权益,保障患者安全,优化患者就医流程,建立患者健康教育体系及公开诊疗项目及收费制度等一系列改进措施,使医院的医疗服务质量得到大幅度改进,满意度排名从2016年的第12位,上升至2017年的第6位,年门诊量、年手术台次、年出院人次均有所增长。认为持续改进医疗服务质量,可提升医院品牌效应。
By taking"The Action Plan for Further Improvement of Medical Services(2015-2017)"as the action program for the development of hospital,measures were taken including reference checking,breaking down targets,clarifying responsibilities and continuously rectifying existing problems.Furthermore,a series of improvement measures were taken:respecting patient's rights and interests,ensuring the safety of patients,optimizing patients medical process,establishing patients health education system,publicity of the diagnosis and treatment items and charging system,which made the medical service quality of hospital greatly improved,with the satisfaction ranking from 12th in 2016 rising to sixth in 2017,and the annual outpatients count,the annual operation frequency,and the annual discharges amount had increased.Continuous improvement of medical service quality can enhance the brand effect of the hospital.
