Shortening Bed Rest Duration for Patients after Laparoscopic Hysterectomy

目的缩短腹腔镜子宫切除术患者术后卧床时间。方法成立品管圈小组,运用质量管理工具对腹腔镜子宫切除术患者从手术结束至首次下床活动时间进行把握和解析,并制定针对性措施加以改进。结果腹腔镜子宫切除术患者术后卧床时间从13.02小时缩短至6.12小时。结论开展品管圈活动缩短了腹腔镜子宫切除术患者术后卧床时间,降低了平均住院日,提高了住院患者满意度,在患者受益的同时实现了医疗资源的优化配置,值得推广。

Objective To shorten the bed rest duration for patients after laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods The quality control circle group was established,and quality management tools were used to analyze the duration from the end of surgery to the first time out of bed among patients with of laparoscopic hysterectomy,and targeted measures were developed for improvement.Results The bed rest duration of laparoscopic hysterectomy patients was reduced from 13.02 hours to 6.12 hours.Conclusion The adoption of quality control circle activities shortened the postoperative bed rest duration of laparoscopic hysterectomy patients,reduced the average length of stay,improved the satisfaction of inpatients,and achieved the optimal allocation of medical resources while benefiting patients,which was worthy of promotion.
