临床新技术管理的创新实践与思考

Thinking on Management Innovation of Clinical New Technology

通过对医院现有的186项临床技术进行系统分析,明确了临床技术管理现状,指出了其存在自主创新能力欠缺、非手术类技术有待加强、监管机制不到位等问题。提出应从创新技术发展路径,强化原创技术引领,依托行业协作创新和加强技术全过程管理4方面凝练医院技术创新管理做法,并对如何进行制度创新、绩效评价和转型发展展开思考。

Through the systematic analysis of 186 clinical technologies in the hospital,the status quo of clinical technology management was clarified,and problems such as the lack of independent innovation ability,non-surgical technologies to be strengthened,and inadequate supervision mechanism were pointed out.It was proposed that hospital technology innovation management practices should be summarized from the following four aspects:innovative technology development path,strengthening original technology guidance,relying on industry collaborative innovation and strengthening the whole process of technology management.Furthermore,how to achieve breakthroughs in system innovation,performance evaluation and transformation mechanism should be considered.
