摘要
对氧化钙进行改性并进行催化性能和吸湿率评价。实验结果表明,经溴化苄、溴代苯改性后的氧化钙催化羟醛缩合反应的能力大幅度提高,产率高达90%以上。以溴代苯效果更为显著,10-4用量下改性的氧化钙催化性最好,产率高达98%,并且吸湿率大幅度降低,低于20%。红外分析发现溴代苯改性的氧化钙抗二氧化碳腐蚀能力要强于其他修饰剂,这与该改性氧化钙表现出最佳反应活性结果吻合。
Calcium oxide was modified and its catalytic properties and hygroscopicity were evaluated.The experimental results show that the ability of calcium oxide to catalyze aldol condensation reaction after modification of benzyl bromide and bromobenzene has been greatly improved,and the yield has reached more than 90%.The effect of brominated benzene is more significant.The modified calcium oxide under 10-4 dosage is the best catalyst,the yield is up to 98%,and the moisture absorption rate is greatly reduced,less than 20%.Infrared analysis showed that the corrosion resistance of calcium oxide modified by brominated benzene was stronger than that of other modifiers,which was in agreement with the results that the modified calcium oxide showed the best reactive activity.
