摘要
本文探讨开发一种C8芳烃新加工工艺,即用常规容易实现的精馏法将C8芳烃中的邻二甲苯、乙基苯首先分离,将余下难分离的馏分间二甲苯和对二甲苯不再分离,在现有的对苯二甲酸装置上,通过工艺研究直接氧化生产IP-TA。氧化产物加氢精制后CBA含量可以降到25×10^-4%以下,产物纯度可满足聚酯级要求。
In this paper,a new processing technology of C8 aromatics is discussed.OX and EB in C8 aromatics are separated first by conventional and easy-to-realize distillation method,and MX and PX are no longer separated.IP-TA is produced by direct oxidation on existing PTA plant through process research.After hydrofining,CBA content can be reduced to less than 25×10^-4%,and the purity of the product can meet the requirements of polyester grade.
