实时三维子宫输卵管超声造影在诊断输卵管积水中的应用价值

Value of the real-time three-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography in the diagnosis of hydrosalpinx

目的:探讨实时三维子宫输卵管超声造影(3D-HyCoSy)在输卵管积水中的应用价值.方法:选择50例输卵管积水患者行实时3D-HyCoSy检查,并与腹腔镜手术结果对比,回顾性分析该技术影像学特点.结果:与腹腔镜手术比较,实时3D-Hy-CoSy诊断输卵管积水的阳性预测值为94.8%(73/77),阴性预测值为73.9%(17/23),敏感度为92.4%(73/79),特异度为81.0%(17/21),符合率为90.0%(90/100).结论:实时3D-HyCoSy能明确诊断输卵管积水,具有较典型的影像学表现,是一项效能较高的影像学方法.

Objective:To explore the application value of real-time three-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography(3D-HyCoSy)in hydrosalpinx.Methods:Real-time 3D-HyCoSy was used to examine 50 patients with hydrosalpinx and compared with the results of laparoscopic surgery.The imaging features of the technique were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Compared with laparoscopic surgery,the positive predictive value of real-time 3D-HyCoSy for the diagnosis of hydrosalpinx was 94.8%(73/77),the negative predictive value was 73.9%(17/23),and the sensitivity was 92.4%(73/79),the specificity was 80.9%(17/21)and the coincidence rate was 90.0%(90/100).Conclusions:Real-time 3D-HyCoSy clearly diagnoses hydrosalpinx and has typical imaging performance,which is a very effective imaging method.
