基于人群需求特征的空港地区城市风貌塑造——以郑州空港实验区总体城市设计中的城市风貌引导为例

Modeling the City Features of Airport Areas Based on the Characteristics of the Needs of People——Taking the City Features Guidance in the Overall Urban Design of Zhengzhou Airport Experimental Area as an Example

随着空港地区对城市乃至区域、国家发展的重要作用日益凸显,空港地区对塑造更高品质、更富有吸引力的城市风貌也提出了更高要求。针对目前我国空港地区城市风貌千篇一律、城市风貌营造中对人群需求特征缺乏关注等问题,以郑州空港实验区总体城市规划设计为例分析研究了空港地区活动人群对城市风貌的认知方式与感知维度,对被各类人群重点感知的风貌载体要素进行控制引导,提出了满足多元人群需求、体现地域特色的空港地区城市风貌控制引导方法。

With the increasingly important role of the airport region in the development of cities and even regions and countries,the airport region has placed higher demands on shaping higher quality and more attractive urban features.In view of the current situation of urban characteristics in China's airport area and the lack of attention to the characteristics of people's needs in the urban landscape construction,the overall urban design of Zhengzhou Airport Experimental Area is taken as an example to analyze the cognitive style and perceived dimension of the urban population in the airport area,we controll and guide the carrier elements of the various types of people's key perceptions,and propose a city style control guidance method for meeting the needs of multiple people and reflecting regional characteristics.
