中震作用下超限高层结构抗震性能分析——对长沙福晟金融中心的专例评价 被引量:2

摘要 由于超高限建筑结构较为复杂,在不同抗震设防水准下,其地震响应差异较大。以某超高层型钢混凝土柱-钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构为工程背景,利用SATWE软件建立三维空间模型,对框架梁、连梁和剪力墙进行中震不屈服分析,对底部通高墙和柱抗剪性能进行中震弹性分析。结果表明,竖向构件基本保持着良好的弹性性能;框架梁和连梁有少数构件出现受弯屈服,但都不严重,而抗剪性能仍处于弹性阶段,可满足中震不屈服的要求。同时,在中震作用下,连梁先于框架梁屈服,而后剪力墙塑性铰区出现屈服,整个过程中框架柱未出现屈服,这与抗震设防二道防线的基本要求相符。 The seismic response of super high-rise buildings under different earthquake fortification level were quite different due to the complicated structure.Therefore,a super high-rise frame structure was taken as the engineering background,and its three-dimensional space model was established by SATWE software.The basic concept of elastic design was used to analyse shear performance of the bottom walls and columns,the frame beams,coupling beams and shear walls were analyzed by un-yield design method.The results showed that the vertical members maintain a good elastic performance,a few members of the frame beam and the coupling beam were bent and yielded.But they were not serious enough to meet the requirements of the medium earthquake,and the shear performance was still in an elastic phase.At the same time,under the action of the medium earthquake,the coupling beam yielded before the frame beam,and the plastic hinge area of the shear wall appeared to yield.The frame column didn’t yield during the whole process.Which is consistent with the basic requirements of the anti-seismic defense line.
