基于冲击回波法的混凝土裂缝检测试验研究

摘要 在混凝土裂缝检测中,裂缝深度的检测精度受到检测距离的影响。为进一步研究裂缝深度与检测距离的具体关系,基于冲击回波法对裂缝进行不同检测间距的测量,并将所得到的波形信号进行傅里叶变换转化为频谱图,通过裂缝缺陷频谱计算出裂缝深度。发现当检测间距为裂缝深度的1.5~2倍时,裂缝检测结果较为精确。 In concrete crack detection,the detection accuracy of crack depth is affected by the detection distance.In order to further study the specific relationship between the crack depth and the detection distance,the cracks were measured for different detection distance based on the impact echo method,and the obtained waveform signal was subjected to Fourier transform into a spectrogram,and the crack depth.was calculated through the crack defect spectrum.It was found when the detection distance is 1.5-2 times the crack depth,the crack detection result is more accurate.
