Construction Technology of Flat Roof STP Ultrathin Vacuum Thermal Insulation Board

STP超薄真空绝热保温板是一种新型高效节能保温材料,具有不可燃、保温效果好、耐久不老化、绿色环保和施工方便等优点,已广泛运用于新建建筑物的外墙和屋面保温系统,也适用于既有建筑物的节能改造。通过在几个项目的平屋面工程中使用STP保温板作为保温隔热材料工程实践表明,使用该新型保温隔热材料提高了工效、缩短了工期、降低了成本。基于此,立足工程实践总结出平屋面STP保温板施工的工艺流程、施工工艺、质量控制和安全环保措施。

STP Ultrathin vacuum insulation board is a new type of high-efficiency and energy-saving insulation material,which has the advantages of excellent insulation effect and durability,and non-combustible,environmentally friendly and convenient for construction.The board has been widely used in the external wall and roof insulation system of new buildings,and is also quite suitable for the energy-conservation renovation of existing buildings.The practice of using STP insulation board as thermal insulation material in several flat roof projects shows that such new thermal insulation material could help improve the construction efficiency,shorten the project cycle and reduce the cost.Finally,we summarize the construction process,key technology,quality control,safety and environmental protection measures of flat roof STP insulation board project.
