漯河市重污染天气橙色预警效果评估

Evaluation of orange warning effect of heavy pollution weather in Luohe City

为了有效应对不利气象条件下空气污染,及时组织实施应急措施,减缓污染程度,保障公众健康,漯河市污染防治攻坚战领导小组办公室于2019年1月16日发布重污染天气橙色预警,并启动Ⅱ级应急响应,于3月14日24时解除重污染天气橙色预警,调整为重污染天气黄色预警及Ⅲ级应急响应。为了进一步完善重污染天气应急响应机制,漯河市对橙色预警期间应急措施效果开展评估。

In order to effectively cope with air pollution under unfavorable meteorological conditions,timely organize and implement emergency measures to reduce the degree of pollution and protect public health,the Office of the Leading Group for Pollution Prevention and Control of Luohe City issued an orange warning of heavy pollution on January 16,2019,and started Class II emergency response,the orange warning of heavy pollution was lifted at 24 o’clock on March 14 and adjusted to the yellow warning of heavy pollution and the emergency response of level III.In order to further improve the emergency response mechanism for heavy polluted weather,Luohe City evaluated the effectiveness of emergency measures during the orange warning period.
