摘要
本文提出了新时期节能减排在环境保护中的具体构想,通过个人、社会的实践和推广,积累和体现污染防治的效果,进而实现节能减排和改善空气质量的最终目标。
This paper puts forward the specific concept of cleaner production for environmental protection in the new era,and accumulates and embodies the effects of pollution prevention and control through individual and social practices,thus realizing the ultimate goal of energy conservation,emission reduction and air quality improvement.
