传统中小型眼镜企业喷漆废气治理技术探讨 被引量:1

Discussion on the treatment technology of the paint spraying exhaust gas from traditional small and medium-sized eyeglass manufactory

摘要 传统中小型眼镜企业喷漆设备装备水平不高,喷漆废气产生量大,产生浓度低,且含有漆雾,具有一定黏性,给VOCs治理带来难度。小型眼镜企业喷漆废气的治理,首先应进行车间改造和喷漆设备改造;其次对各环节废气进行分区分类收集,节约风量,减少无组织废气产生;最后,喷漆废气的治理应根据排放标准确定,优先采用“吸附浓缩+脱附/燃烧”工艺。 The traditional small and medium-sized eyeglass manufactories always equip with paint spraying apparatus at a low level.And the exhaust gas produced in the paint spraying process carrying with paint mist shows low concentration in a large air volume,which brings difficulty in the treatment of VOCs gas.The treating steps of the paint spraying exhaust gas are showed as follows:First of all,it needs to upgrade the workshop and paint spraying apparatus.Then,the exhaust gas should be collected in a classified and qualitative way,which could effectively save the air volume and reduce the unorganized exhaust gas emissions.Finally,the treatment of paint spraying exhaust gas,which depends on the emission standard,is preferentially advised to adopt the process of“adsorption concentration+desorption/combustion”.
