摘要
现今洗涤剂广泛应用在人类生产和生活中,其中合成洗涤剂常指烷基苯磺酸类阴离子表面活性剂物质。新安江作为钱塘江的上游,为国家一级饮用水水源地,对其水中的阴离子洗涤剂的监测则尤为重要。亚甲蓝分光光度法已经成为饮用水国家标准的首选检测方法,但该方法需要对水样进行反复3次萃取和洗涤,在实际操作中极其繁琐且需消耗大量药剂。鉴于新安江水体水质较好,本文实验中对原方法进行了一系列简化,改变亚甲蓝和三氯甲烷的加入剂量,使用比色管萃取一次,直接测定萃取液,结果令人满意,探索了对新安江水中阴离子合成洗涤剂的简便、快速检测方法。
Current detergents are widely used in human production and life,and synthetic detergents often refer to alkyl benzene sulfonic acid anion surfactant.As the upstream of Qiantang River,Xin‘an River is a national drinking water source,and the monitoring of anionic detergents in its water is particularly important.The methylene blue spectrophotometry method has become the preferred method for the national standard of drinking water,but this method needs to repeatedly extract and wash the water sample 3 times,which is extremely cumbersome in practice and requires a large number of drugs.In view of the good water quality of the Xin‘an River,we have carried out a series of simplification of the original method.To change the dosage of methylene blue and trichloromethane,we used colorimetric tube extraction to determine the extract directly,and the results were satisfactory.
