摘要
苯甲醛是一种在医药、香料、农业化工品等方面有很重要作用的中间体。工业上主要采用甲苯氯化水解法制苯甲醛,但存在苯甲醛收率低、含有微量氯、质量等级低和污染环境等不足。近年来,我国高品质苯甲醛市场需求不断增长,因此,亟待开发高效、“绿色”苯甲醛生产技术。本文主要研究了甲苯氧化法,苯甲醇液相氧化法等苯甲醛的合成方法。最终得出使用绿色高效无污染的可重复利用催化剂,通过苯甲醇的催化氧化的方法,可能会对苯甲醛的制作工艺有所改善。
Benzaldehyde is an intermediate that plays an important role in medicine,spices,agricultural chemicals and so on.In the industry,benzaldehyde is mainly used in the hydrolysis of toluene,but the yield of benzaldehyde is low,contains a trace amount of chlorine,low quality grade and environmental pollution.In recent years,the market demand for high-quality benzaldehyde in China has been increasing.Therefore,it is urgent to develop high-efficiency,“green”benzaldehyde production technology.In this paper,the synthesis method of benzaldehyde such as toluene oxidation method and liquid phase oxidation of benzyl alcohol was studied.Finally,it is concluded that the use of green,highly efficient and non-polluting reusable catalysts,through the catalytic oxidation of benzyl alcohol,may improve the production process of benzaldehyde.
