氨氮自动监测仪水样比对存在问题分析

摘要 在某区域多家城镇污水厂出水水质自动监测中,氨氮自动监测仪测试实际水样,并与实验室纳氏试剂分光光度法进行比对,普遍出现数据偏差大的情况。本文对比分析了氨氮监测仪和蒸馏预处理前后实验室纳氏试剂分光光度法、水杨酸分光光度法的数据,实验结果表明,针对该区域污水厂出水水质监测,实验室纳氏试剂分光光度法受干扰严重,必须使用蒸馏预处理来消除干扰,而实验室水杨酸分光光度法则不需要蒸馏预处理也可以准确测量氨氮的浓度,且与氨氮监测仪的数据一致。 In the automatic monitoring of the effluent water quality of many urban sewage treatment plants in a certain area,the ammonia nitrogen automatic monitor tests the actual water samples and compares them with the laboratory Nessler’s reagent spectrophotometry.Generally,the data deviation is large.This paper compares and analyzes the ammonia-nitrogen monitor and the data of the Nachler reagent spectrophotometry and salicylic acid spectrophotometry before and after the distillation pretreatment.The experimental results show that the effluent water quality monitoring of the wastewater treatment plant in the region,the laboratory Nessler reagent spectrophotometry The method is severely disturbed,and distillation pretreatment must be used to eliminate interference.The laboratory salicylic acid spectrophotometry does not require distillation pretreatment and can accurately measure the concentration of ammonia nitrogen,and is consistent with the data of the ammonia nitrogen monitor.
