住宅清洁能源供暖方案经济性分析

摘要 本文基于绿色可持续发展理念,针对住宅清洁能源供热方式和供热特点进行了研究。首先给出了煤、天然气和电采暖三种供暖方法的优缺点、经济效益、设备成本、运营成本、年度成本,同时讨论了集中供暖、分户自采暖和电采暖等国内采暖的现状。然后提出了清洁能源供暖的多种方案,如工业废热回收利用、优化管网运行模式、可再生能源和多能量互补加热,发现使用多能量互补加热系统具有低年成本和高经济效益的特点。最后分析了各种加热方式和应用范围的优缺点,并对一般加热方式、能耗类型、投资和运营成本以及环境保护和工程设计人员进行了综合比较,获得了清洁能源投资、运营成本以及促进住宅清洁的供暖方式。本论文的研究对于更加客观地了解住宅清洁能源供暖方案的经济性具有一定的参考价值。 Based on the concept of green sustainable development,this paper studies the heating mode and characteristics of residential clean energy.Firstly,the advantages and disadvantages,economic benefits,equipment cost,operation cost and annual cost of the three heating methods of coal,natural gas and electric heating are given.At the same time,the current situations of domestic heating such as central heating,household self heating and electric heating are discussed.Then put forward a variety of schemes of clean energy heating,such as industrial waste heat recovery and utilization,optimization of pipe network operation mode,renewable energy and multi energy complementary heating.It is found that using multi energy complementary heating system has the characteristics of low annual cost and high economic efficiency.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of various heating methods and application areas are analyzed,and the general heating methods,energy consumption types,investment and operation costs,as well as environmental protection and engineering designers are comprehensively compared,and the heating methods of clean energy investment,operation costs and promoting residential cleanliness are obtained.The research of this paper has a certain reference value for more objective understanding of the economy of residential clean energy heating scheme.
