建设项目施工期环境监理方案研究

Research on environmental supervision plan during construction period of construction project

建设项目的施工期环境监理,在一定程度上对落实建设项目环境保护“三同时”制度起到了促进作用,将环境管理由事后管理,转变为全过程管理。建设项目施工期环境监理方案作为开展工作的重要指导性文件,其方案在很大程度上决定了环境监理工作的方向。本文结合公路建设项目环境监理的工作实践,对环境监理方案内容的编制进行了探讨。

To a certain extent,the environmental supervision of the construction period of the construction project has promoted the implementation of the“three simultaneous”system of environmental protection for construction projects,and the environmental management has been transformed from post-event management to full-process management.The environmental supervision plan during the construction period of the construction project is an important guiding document for the work,and its plan largely determines the direction of environmental supervision work.This paper discusses the preparation of environmental supervision program content in combination with the work practice of environmental supervision of highway construction projects.
