唑来膦酸治疗2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症的效果

Effect of zoledronic acid on type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis

目的探讨唑来膦酸治疗2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法将我院收治的58例2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各29例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用唑来膦酸注射液。观察两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的VAS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组腰椎L2~4、股骨颈、大转子内侧的骨密度显著高于对照组和治疗前(P<0.05)。结论唑来膦酸治疗2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者安全有效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of zoledronic acid in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis. Methods Fifty-eight patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis enrolled in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 29 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group was given zoledronic acid injection on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups decreased, and that of the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the bone mineral density of lumbar L2-4, femoral neck and medial trochanter in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group and before treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion Zoledronic acid is safe and effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis.
