替勃龙片联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎的效果

Effect of tibolone tablets combined with lactobacillus vagina capsules in the treatment of senile vaginitis

目的研究替勃龙片联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎的效果。方法将85例老年性阴道炎患者随机分为对照组(42例,乳酸菌阴道胶囊)和观察组(43例,替勃龙片联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊)。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,总复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的LH、FSH水平均下降,E2水平均升高,且观察组的LH、FSH水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的外阴瘙痒、阴道分泌物及阴道黏膜充血消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论替勃龙片联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎的效果显著,可缩短症状消失时间并降低复发率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of tibolone tablets combined with lactobacillus vagina capsules in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods A total of 85 cases of senile vaginitis were randomly divided into control group(42 cases, lactobacillus vagina capsule) and observation group(43 cases, tibolone tablets combined with lactobacillus vagina capsule). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the total recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of LH and FSH in the two groups decreased, the level of E2 increased,and the levels of LH and FSH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). The disappearance time of pruritus vulvae, vaginal secretion and congestion of vaginal mucosa in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Tibolone tablets combined with lactobacillus vagina capsules has a significant effect in the treatment of senile vaginitis, it can shorten the time of symptom disappearance and reduce the recurrence rate, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
