温阳健脾汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Wenyang Jianpi decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis with deficiency of spleen and stomach

目的探讨温阳健脾汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法将2017年4月至2018年4月我院收治的104例脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为观察组(52例,常规西药+温阳健脾汤)与对照组(52例,常规西药)。比较两组的治疗效果、中医症候积分及血清指标水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.23%,明显高于对照组的71.15%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的各项中医症候积分(气短懒言、胃脘部胀满、纳呆食少、胃脘部隐痛、大便稀溏、胃部喜暖喜按)均低于治疗前,且观察组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清胃泌素-17(G-17)水平及胃蛋白酶原比值(PGR)均升高,且观察组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温阳健脾汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果显著,可改善临床症状,促进胃黏膜修复,具有非常重要的应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wenyang Jianpi decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis with deficiency of spleen and stomach. Methods A total of 104 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with deficiency of spleen and stomach admitted in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(52 cases, conventional western medicine+Wenyang Jianpi decoction) and control group(52 cases, conventional western medicine). The therapeutic effects, TCM syndromes scores and serum index level of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.23%, which was significantly higher than71.15% in the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes(shortness of breath and sloth,fullness of the stomach, little appetite and food, dull pain in the stomach, loose stools, warm and happy stomach pressing)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the level of serum gastrin-17(G-17) and the ratio of pepsinogen(PGR) in the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group( P<0.05).Conclusion Wenyang Jianpi decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis with deficiency of spleen and stomach has remarkable clinical effect, it can improve the clinical symptoms and promote the repair of gastric mucosa, which has a very important application value.
