益气养阴汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin decoction on chronic glomerulonephritis

目的探讨益气养阴汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月我院收治的76例慢性肾小球肾炎的患者为研究对象,按照用药方式的不同将其分为对照组(38例,肾炎灵胶囊治疗)与观察组(38例,益气养阴汤治疗)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组Scr、BUN及24h尿蛋白定量水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IgM、IgG及IgA水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IL-17、IFN-γ及IL-4水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎疗效显著,可以提高患者的肾功能及免疫功能,减轻患者的炎症反应,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin decoction on chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods A total of 76 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group(38 cases, treated with Shenyanling capsule)and observation group(38 cases, treated with Yiqi Yangyin decoction) according to different medication methods. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of Scr, BUN and 24 h urine protein quantification in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IgM, IgG and IgA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-17, IFN-γ and IL-4 in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. It can improve the renal function and immune function of patients, reduce the inflammatory response of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
