Application effect of one-stop nursing management mode in ophthalmic ambulatory surgery

目的探讨一站式护理管理模式在眼科日间手术中的应用效果。方法选择2016年2月至2017年12月就诊的眼科日间手术患者5 686例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(2 781例)和试验组(2 905例)。对照组给予传统的住院护理管理模式,试验组给予一站式护理管理模式。比较两组的护理效果。结果试验组患者的满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的护理不良事件未发生率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的术前等候时间及就诊全部时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一站式护理管理模式能有效缩短患者等候时间,提高患者满意度,减少眼科护理不良事件的发生,值得在临床上进一步推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of one-stop nursing management mode in ophthalmic ambulatory surgery. Methods From February 2016 to December 2017, 5 686 patients with ophthalmic ambulatory surgery were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(2 781 cases) and experimental group(2 905 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was given traditional in-patient nursing management mode, and the experimental group was given one-stop nursing management mode. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The non-occurrence rate of nursing adverse events in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The waiting time before operation and total time of treatment in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The one-stop nursing management mode can effectively shorten the waiting time of patients, improve the satisfaction of patients, and reduce the occurrence of adverse events in ophthalmic care, which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
