摘要
目的探讨本体感觉神经肌肉促进技术(PNF)联合任务导向训练对脑血管病迟缓期患者肢体功能恢复的影响。方法选择2018年9月至2019年9月收治的80例脑血管病迟缓期患者,应用随机数字表法将其分为常规组(n=40,常规康复训练)和干预组(n=40,PNF技术+任务导向训练)。比较两组患者干预前、后的肢体功能、日常生活能力及平衡功能评分。结果干预后,两组患者上肢、下肢评分、FMA总分、BI及BBS评分均较干预前升高,且干预组高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论应用PNF技术联合任务导向训练对脑血管病迟缓期患者进行干预,能显著促进患者的肢体功能恢复,改善患者日常生活能力,提高平衡功能,值得广泛推广。
Objective To explore the effect of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF) combined with task oriented training on the recovery of limb function in patients with cerebral vascular diseases in lag phase. Methods From September 2018 to September 2019, 80 patients with cerebral vascular diseases in lag phase were selected and divided into routine group(n=40, routine rehabilitation training) and intervention group(n=40, PNF+task oriented training) by random number table method. The scores of body function, daily life ability and balance function before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of upper limbs, lower limbs, FMA, BI and BBS in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the intervention group were higher than the routine group(P<0.05). Conclusion PNF technology combined with task oriented training in the treatment of patients with cerebral vascular diseases in lag phase can significantly promote the recovery of limb function, enchance patients’ ability of daily life and balance function, which is worth widely popularizing.
