脾氨肽口服冻干粉结合布地奈德对小儿支气管肺炎临床疗效及免疫功能的影响

Effect of Spleen Amino Peptide Oral Lyophilized Powder Combined with Budesonide on Clinical Efficacy and Immune Function in Children with Bronchopneumonia

目的:探索脾氨肽口服冻干粉结合布地奈德治疗小儿支气管肺炎临床疗效及患儿免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2018年3月至2019年7月本院收治的96例支气管肺炎患儿为此次研究对象,随机分为参照组与试验组,参照组行常规治疗,试验组在此基础上行脾氨肽口服冻干粉结合布地奈德治疗,对比两组临床疗效及免疫功能的影响。结果:试验组咳嗽、喘息、双肺啰音消失时间均短于参照组,免疫指标水平优于参照组,临床疗效的总有效率高于参照组。结论:对支气管肺炎患儿应用脾氨肽口服冻干粉结合布地奈德可明显缓解症状、提高疗效,有效改善免疫功能。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia and the immune function of children.Methods:A total of 96 children with bronchial pneumonia admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group.The reference group received routine treatment.The peptide oral lyophilized powder was combined with budesonide to compare the clinical effects and immune function of the two groups.Results:The disappearance time of cough,wheezing and sputum in the test group was shorter than that in the reference group.The level of immune index was better than that in the reference group.The total effective rate of clinical efficacy was higher than that of the reference group.Conclusion:The application of spleen aminopeptide lyophilized powder combined with budesonide in children with bronchial pneumonia can significantly relieve symptoms,improve curative effect and effectively improve immune function.
