双瓣置换术的手术室护理

Operating Room Nursing of Double Valve Replacement

目的:探析双瓣置换术患者实施手术室整体护理的临床效果。方法:抽取2017年1月~2019年1月在我院行双瓣置换术的80例患者,随机分为对照组(n=40)与干预组(n=40)。对照组实施常规护理,干预组实施手术室整体护理,对比两组护理效果。结果:干预组护理后焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组并发症发生率为2.50%低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:双瓣置换术患者实施手术室整体护理后,可显著改善患者心理状态,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of holistic nursing in operating room for patients with double valve replacement.Methods:Eighty patients who underwent double-valve replacement in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and intervention group(n=40).The control group was given routine care,and the intervention group was treated with the overall care of the operating room to compare the effects of the two groups.Results:The anxiety and depression scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the intervention group was 2.50% lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients undergoing double-valve replacement surgery can significantly improve the patient’s psychological state and reduce the incidence of complications.
