围手术期综合护理对急性胆囊炎患者的干预效果研究

Intervention Effect of Comprehensive Perioperative Nursing on Patients with Acute Cholecystitis

目的:分析急性胆囊炎患者辅以围手术期综合护理干预的临床应用价值。方法:2018年1月~2019年6月于我院接受治疗的急性胆囊炎患者89例作为研究对象,分为观察组与对照组,对照组常规护理干预,观察组围手术期综合护理干预,比较护理效果。结果:观察组患者术中出血量(150.59±23.84)ml,手术用时(45.02±3.21)min、术后排气时间(12.48±1.05)h等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05),同时术后发生并发症优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急性胆囊炎患者辅以围术期综合护理干预效果更佳,可预防并发症,值得应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with acute cholecystitis during perioperative period.Methods:89patients with acute cholecystitis who were treated in our hospital from January 20 to June 2019 were included in the observation group and the control group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention during perioperative period,effect.Results:In the observation group,the intraoperative blood loss(l50.59±23.84)ml,the operation time(45.02±3.21)min,the postoperative exhaust time(12.48±1.05)h and other indicators were better than the control group(P<0.05),and postoperative Complications were superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention for patients with acute cholecystitis is better,which can prevent complications and improve patients9satisfaction.It is worth applying.
