老年喉癌患者全喉切除术的护理

Nursing Care of Elderly Patients with Laryngeal Cancer Undergoing Total Laryngectomy

目的:分析老年喉癌患者全喉切除术的护理方法。方法:以2018年2月~2019年2月我院收治的28例喉癌患者为研究对象,所有患者皆接受全喉切除术,随机分为对照组与实验组,对照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者给予综合护理干预,比较护理效果。结果:对照组并发症发生率高于实验组;对照组护理满意度低于实验组,P<0.05。结论:对老年喉癌患者全喉切除术的护理应注重针对性与全面性,减少患者并发症发生率,提升护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective:to analyze the nursing methods of total laryngectomy for the elderly patients with laryngeal cancer.Methods:28 patients with laryngeal cancer admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were taken as the study objects.All patients were treated with total laryngectomy,and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Patients in the control group were given routine care,and patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive care intervention to compare the effect of care.Results:The incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group;the satisfaction of the control group was lower than that in the experimental group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The nursing of total laryngectomy in elderly patients with laryngeal cancer should focus on the specificity and comprehensiveness,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the satisfaction of nursing.It is worth promoting.
