WT1基因多态性治疗对老年急性髓系白血病患者疗效、预后的影响观察

Effect of WT1 Gene Polymorphism on The Efficacy and Prognosis of Elderly Patients with Acute Myeloid Leukemia

目的:分析对老年急性髓系白血病患者应用WT1基因多态性治疗效果。方法:选老年急性髓系白血病患者60例,随机分两组,30名对照组常规化疗,观察组WT1基因多态性治疗,观察疗效。结果:观察组疾病复发率显著低于对照组,满意度显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:WT1基因多态性不仅可以作为疾病治疗的重要指标而且对于患者的预后具有重要意义。

Objective:To analyze the effect of WT1 gene polymorphism on elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia.Methods:Sixty patients with acute myeloid leukemia were randomly divided into two groups.Thirty patients in the control group received conventional chemotherapy.The WT1 gene polymorphism was observed in the observation group.Results:The recurrence rate of the disease in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:WT1 gene polymorphism can not only be an important indicator of disease treatment but also important for the prognosis of patients.
