短期胰岛素强化治疗2型糖尿病患者临床研究

Clinical Study of Short-term Intensive Insulin Therapy for Type 2 Diabetes Patients

目的:分析短期胰岛素强化治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:选60例2型糖尿病患者,分为对照组(30例)、观察组(30例),观察组短期胰岛素强化治疗,对照组采用常规胰岛素治疗,比较二组疗效。结果:观察组治疗有效率、用药治疗显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:短期胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of short-term intensive insulin therapy for type 2 diabetes.Melhods:Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled.The patients were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases).The observation group received short-term insulin intensive treatment,and the control group received conventional insulin therapy.The two groups were compared.Results:The efiiective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Short-tenn insulin therapy is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.
