护理专案在降低乳腺癌术后患肢水肿中的应用

Application of Nursing Project in Reducing Limb Edema after Breast Cancer Operation

目的:探究护理专案在降低乳腺癌术后患肢水肿中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年6月至2018年12月间我院收治的乳腺癌术后患者120例,随机分为常规护理对照组,比较术后患肢水肿中的应用效果。结果:对照组患者水肿发生率、护理满意度为28.33%、81.67%,研究组8.34%、96.67%;研究组患者自我护理能力得分高于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对乳腺癌术后患者进行护理专案护理,能够降低患肢水肿发生率,推荐临床推广使用。

Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing project in reducing limb edema after breast cancer surgery.Methods:120 cases of breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into routine nursing control group,and the application effect of limb edema after operation was compared.Results:The incidence of edema and nursing satisfaction were 28.33% and 81.67% in the control group,8.34% and 96.67% in the research group.The scores of self-care ability of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Special nursing care for breast cancer patients after operation can reduce the incidence of limb edema and recommend clinical application.
